By accessing or using TerraKode's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
Services Description
TerraKode provides custom software development, SaaS application development, workflow automation, web development, and technical consulting services. Specific project terms will be outlined in individual Statements of Work.
Intellectual Property
All code, designs, and deliverables created specifically for your project become your property upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. TerraKode retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies used in delivery.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information as strictly confidential. Our team operates under binding confidentiality agreements. We do not disclose client relationships or project details without explicit permission.
Limitation of Liability
TerraKode's liability shall be limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TerraKode and its team members from any claims arising from your use of our services or your violation of these terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
