About the Program
TerraKode LLC offers a transactional text and voice notification program for our customers. The program sends login verification codes and MFA (by text or call), security alerts, account alerts, and billing notifications. No marketing or promotional messages are sent through this program, and messages never contain links — they direct you to log in to your account instead. Participation is completely voluntary and is not required to use TerraKode services. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
How You Opt In
You opt in by checking the communications consent checkbox during account registration at terrakode.io and providing your mobile number. The checkbox is never pre-checked. When you opt in, we record your consent with a timestamp, and we send one confirmation text to the number you provided asking you to confirm. If you do not opt in, no texts or automated calls are sent to you. You may also opt in later by enabling SMS or phone-call MFA in your account's security settings, which is itself an affirmative opt-in for that channel.
How to Opt Out
**Texts:** Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive a one-time confirmation, then no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe. Opting out disables SMS-based login codes and security alerts. **Calls:** Use the automated opt-out option offered during any call, or update your security settings in the customer portal. Voice calls are placed only between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. local time.

Msg frequency varies based on account activity. Msg & data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your Data
Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number is used solely to deliver TerraKode services and is never sold, rented, or shared for marketing.
